By using realdigitalsource.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. “We,” “us” and “Real Digital Source” mean Real Digital Source.

The Site and its content

The Site describes our services and offers general information about marketing and business systems. Content is provided for information only and is not legal, financial or professional advice. We may change or remove content at any time.

All text, graphics, code, designs and other material on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, scrape or use the material for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Free Growth Audit

The Growth Audit is a complimentary review based on publicly available information and what you tell us. It is our professional opinion at the time of review, offered without warranty, and it does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Results from acting on it depend on many factors we do not control.

Client services

Paid services, including deliverables, fees, term, ownership of work product and account access, are set out in a written services agreement signed by both parties. Where these terms and a services agreement conflict, the services agreement controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to submit false information, interfere with its operation, probe or test its security, send automated requests, or infringe anyone's rights. We may block access for misuse.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
