Who we are

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a Growth Audit, contact us, or book a call, we collect what you enter: name, business name, website, email address, phone number, industry, the challenge you describe and any message you include.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider and analytics record standard technical data: IP address (used to derive approximate location and to block abuse), browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of visits. Our forms record the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (for example utm_source).

Communications. If you call, text or email us, we keep a record of the conversation in our customer-relationship system so we can follow up and serve you.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare your audit and communicate with you about our services.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us.
• To comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls and text messages

By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request. Text messaging is separate and optional: we send marketing or follow-up texts only to numbers whose owner has checked the SMS consent box on our form or otherwise opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We use vendors to run the site and our business, such as web hosting and content delivery, a customer-relationship and messaging platform, email delivery, calendar scheduling and analytics. They process information only on our instructions and for the purposes above.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to function and for privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics. If we add advertising or conversion pixels (for example from Meta or Google) we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent first.

Retention

We keep form submissions and communications for as long as needed to serve you and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@realdigitalsource.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado or Connecticut) you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in those laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will post any changes here with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
